We operate at the intersection of law, engineering and operations. Most of our work is commissioned by teams who are already under scrutiny — or who have been through a painful matter and do not want to repeat it.

• We engage on a limited number of projects at a time.
• We are comfortable working with in-house teams, external counsel and multiple stakeholders.
• We care more about whether the system will survive its first serious test than how it looks in a demo.
