Commercial terms and activation
Pricing, plan scope, activation posture, and billing route may depend on the product, workflow context, customer type, geography, and whether the route is self-serve, guided, pilot-led, or implementation-led.
Some products or routes may require commercial review, activation confirmation, or payment before access begins.
Taxes
Taxes may apply depending on customer type, billing country, place-of-supply rules, and applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and tax information where required, including VAT details where relevant.
Payments
Payments may be processed through Medlexion-approved payment providers or through other agreed billing methods.
You authorise Medlexion to issue invoices, payment links, activation requests, or billing communications connected with the relevant service.
Data and customer content
You retain responsibility for the legality and appropriateness of the materials, records, or content you or your authorised users submit into the services.
You grant Medlexion the limited rights necessary to host, process, secure, back up, and operate the service in relation to that content.

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the services from time to time, including where needed for security, legal, operational, or product reasons.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Medlexion does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that a particular commercial, legal, or recovery outcome will be achieved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medlexion’s aggregate liability in connection with the relevant services will not exceed the amount paid to Medlexion for those services in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not legally permitted.
