Refund & Cancellation Policy
Digital products and services
Medlexion provides digitally delivered software systems and related digital services. Refund and cancellation handling therefore differs from physical-goods commerce.
Subscription or recurring access
- You may cancel future renewals at any time before the next renewal date.
- Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in the relevant plan or agreement.
- We generally do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused portions of an active billing period except where required by law.
One-time digital activations
- If the relevant digital activation has not yet been delivered, activated, or made available, contact us promptly for review.
- If access has already been granted, the workspace has already been activated, or delivery has already begun, refunds may be denied except where required by applicable law.
- Where a route is quote-led, pilot-led, or implementation-led, cancellation and refund treatment may depend on the agreed commercial terms.
Guided or implementation-led work
- Fees may be non-refundable once work has commenced, capacity has been allocated, or activation/configuration has begun.
- Any different cancellation or refund treatment stated in a signed agreement or accepted commercial document will prevail.
EU or UK consumer position
Where consumer law applies, statutory rights may still exist. For digital services or digital content where immediate access or immediate performance is requested, you may be asked to expressly acknowledge that certain withdrawal or cancellation rights may change or no longer apply once performance begins.
Failed delivery or duplicate payment
If you believe a product was not activated, was charged incorrectly, or resulted in a duplicate payment, contact Medlexion promptly with the payment reference and billing details.
