• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We generally do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

One-time purchases

• If a one-time purchase has not been delivered/activated, contact us within 7 days for review.
• If access has already been provided, refunds may be denied to prevent misuse, except where required by law.

EU/UK consumers

If you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights. Where applicable, if you request immediate access to a digital service, you may be asked to consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that certain withdrawal rights may not apply once access begins.
