Subscriptions

• You may cancel a subscription to stop future renewals.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless the relevant plan states otherwise.
• We generally do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

One-time digital purchases

• If a one-time purchase has not been delivered or activated, contact us within 7 days for review.
• If access has already been granted or the digital service has already been delivered, refunds may be denied except where required by law.

EU or UK consumers

Where consumer law applies, you may have statutory rights. If immediate access to a digital service is requested, you may be asked to acknowledge that certain withdrawal rights may no longer apply once performance begins.
