Our tools may help organise information or structure documentation, but Medlexion is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. You remain responsible for how outputs are used and for obtaining professional advice where needed.

Accounts and acceptable use

• Keep login credentials secure and notify us of unauthorised use.
• Do not use the Services for unlawful content, harassment, or disruption.
• Do not reverse engineer or misuse the Services or our intellectual property.

Payments

Pricing and billing terms are described on the Pricing page or in the applicable agreement. Taxes may apply depending on customer type and location.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid to Medlexion for the relevant Services in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without limiting any mandatory rights that may apply under consumer protection rules where relevant.
