Our tools may help you organise information and generate documentation, but Medlexion is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. You are responsible for how you use outputs and for obtaining professional advice where needed.

Accounts & acceptable use

• Keep your login credentials secure and notify us of unauthorised use.
• No unlawful content, harassment, security testing without permission, or attempts to disrupt the Services.
• No reverse engineering or misuse of the Services or our intellectual property.

Payments

Pricing and billing terms are described on our Pricing page. Taxes may apply depending on location and customer type. You authorise us (and our payment processors) to charge applicable fees.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid to Medlexion for the Services in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without limiting any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
