Medlexion provides digitally delivered software systems, access-controlled product workflows, and related digital services. Medlexion does not sell or ship physical goods.

How delivery works

• Account or workspace activation
• Access to an online product environment
• Digital onboarding or implementation
• Delivery of configuration, workflow, or product access instructions by email
• Guided activation or managed rollout

When delivery is considered complete

• Access credentials or login access have been issued
• The workspace or product environment has been activated
• The relevant digital service has been made available
• The agreed digital onboarding or configuration step has been completed
• The buyer has been given access to the purchased digital product or service

No physical shipping

Because Medlexion does not provide physical goods, no courier shipment, warehouse dispatch, or physical delivery timeline applies.

Activation-dependent delivery

Some Medlexion products are activated only after a commercial review, confirmation step, payment confirmation, or scoped implementation decision. In those cases, the applicable activation step forms part of delivery.

Delays and access issues

If you do not receive access or delivery information within the expected activation window for your product or agreement, contact Medlexion at support@medlexion.com.

Product-specific delivery posture

Different Medlexion product systems may have different onboarding intensity, implementation depth, or activation flows. Delivery timing therefore depends on the product line, commercial route, and whether the route is self-serve, guided, pilot, or implementation-led.
